In 2016, my husband and I made a bold move—we sold our home, left my consulting career at Accenture, and moved to Orange County, CA to pursue entrepreneurship.

We started with one Mountain Mike’s Pizza franchise, using our savings—no outside investors, just strategy, hard work, and a vision. Drawing from my background in business strategy and operations and Raj’s finance expertise, we focused on growing sales, cutting costs, and mastering local marketing.

Fast forward to today:

• Expanded to three Mountain Mike’s Pizza locations
• Entered the smoothie business with Juice It Up! in 2023
• Built a data-driven system to evaluate and scale franchises
   

We didn’t do it alone. The journey came with challenges—from navigating U.S. immigration and business laws to optimizing a franchise in a new country. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others—especially Canadians—who want to move to the U.S. and build a profitable franchise.
